By using Talvix, you agree to a monthly or annual subscription based on the plan you select. Billing occurs at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Talvix commits to 99.9% uptime. In the event of service disruptions exceeding this threshold, credits may be applied to your account in accordance with our SLA policy.
Your subscription includes specific data storage allocations based on your selected plan. Additional storage may be purchased. Inactive accounts may be archived after 12 months of inactivity.
You agree not to use Talvix for any illegal purposes or in any way that could damage or impair service functionality. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policies.
